I had the pleasure of working on this project under the management of Chris Frison. Chris Frison and Will Greenshield focused on the exhibit design, and I was given the task of designing the interior ADA and exterior signage graphics. After many experimental designs were presented (even an exterior monument sign that looked like a propeller), we eventually decided to choose a more simplistic and tasteful signage system that incorporated the colors of the American flag. I look forward to my trips in the Galveston area knowing that I had an important role in designing for this project.
